The public's views are being sought ahead of the submission of an outline planning application to Trafford council.
The latest scheme includes 15 acres of public open space destined to become a dockside park.
Some 75,000sq ft of flexible office and retail space amid the tower blocks are also part of the scheme.
John Matthews Architects, Re-form Landscape Architects and Turley are working with Peel on the application.
Plans can be viewed on the Peel Waters website at until October 8.
