A new £26 million industrial and distribution park has signed its first tenant.

Furniture and homeware retailer The Cotswold Company has agreed a deal to take a new 79,299 sq ft unit called Link79 at Fradley Link in Lichfield.

The deal expands The Cotswold Company's presence at Fradley Park, following its 2022 lease of the 139,000 sq ft Axis 38 building.

Fradley Link has been developed by Evans Property off the A38 north east of Lichfield city centre.
