Double letting deal at Quartz Point Business Park

Lely and Dodd Group sign up to take space at Solihull industrial estate

Quartz Point Business Park in Solihull

A brace of new lease deals have been signed at a West Midlands industrial estate.

Dutch robotics business Lely and electrical firm Dodd Group have agreed tenancies for more than 8,700 sq ft on the Quartz Point Business Park in Solihull.

Lely, which is headquartered in Maassluis, is a high-tech agriculture robotics business which makes products and systems aimed at helping farmers run their operations more efficiently.

It has signed a ten-year lease on a 6,200 sq ft self-contained office unit which now serves as the head office of its º£½ÇÊÓÆµ and Ireland operations.

Electrical and mechanical services provider Dodd Group has signed a five-year lease on 2,508 sq ft of self-contained office space.

With capacity for 25 staff, the offices will be used to service new contracts with nearby local authorities.

The park is owned by Birmingham-based regional property investor Colmore Capital.
