Whitehall House in Halesowen has been acquired by a private investor.
The 21,139 sq ft property is fully let to tenants including the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government, law firm PM Petherbridge and housebuilder Barratt Homes.
It was bought from property group Mucklow which has previously used the three-storey block site as a head office.
The freehold building has a current total rental income of £251,437 per annum and comes with 72 car parking spaces.

Jewellery Quarter-based commercial property agency Siddall Jones acquired the building on behalf of the purchaser.

Mucklow was advised by law firm Gowling WLG and property agency Atlas Real Estate and Imperial Law Solicitors in Wolverhampton acted for the purchaser.
