An £85 million regeneration of the Belfry Hotel & Resort has opened.
The two-year project has seen a host of work take place at the hotel and golf course complex near Sutton Coldfield which includes a new events venue, fitness and leisure club and accommodation.
Almost doubling The Belfry in size, the new Brabazon House wing has 149 bedrooms, including the resort's first-ever two-bedroom suite, and balcony rooms overlooking The Brabazon golf course.

The Masters Suite is the resort's new event space and covers 9,170 sq ft, with a capacity of 920.
The former Ryder Cup venue said it had already secured £10 million in confirmed new business before the space had even opened.
It is designed to hold banquets, conferences and weddings, with clients such as the Meetings Industry Association and sales consultancy 59club already booking it for their events.
Completing the work is its new fitness complex The Club.

It has a gym with views over the resort's PGA National golf course, four studios for classes, two swimming pools, boulder wall, multipurpose sports hall and café among other facilities.
